"We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us."
-Joseph Campbell

Owner/Operator, Ashley Ward

Ashley has been a lover and practitioner of yoga for many years. Deciding to pursue her career in yoga, she took her first 200hr Yoga Training with Blacksmith Yoga Community in a beautiful space located in Baja, Mexico. Shortly after that, she continued her education with a 300hr Yoga + Spiritual Exploration training held by Golden Buddha Yoga just off the shores of Midigama located in Sri Lanka.  Coming back to her hometown, Moncton, NB, she didn't think bringing her dream of opening a yoga studio to real life would happen so quick. Taking the journey to the next step, she recently created a business purely for yoga, the soul and the Higher-Self. Bhakti Yoga House is located in the downtown area of Moncton, New Brunswick. Offering various types of yoga classes, meditation and chanting classes, workshops and much more - there will always be a yoga class specifically made for you.

Natalie Fay

Natalie is passionate yoga teacher who loves to share and grow her practice with others. She has completed her 200 hour YTT at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico in 2017. The moment she first stepped on her mat 7 years ago, she fell in love with the practice of yoga and meditation. She knew that this would help her lead a life that she always wanted. Exploring her mind, body and spirit, she found her true passion. In love with the path she is on, along with her love to travel, she is already looking forward to expand her knowledge and abilities with future teacher trainings, workshops and retreats. Natalie is all about creating a safe and loving space for students to unfold their practice, to find the beauty within themselves and to be mindful and in the present moment on and off their mats. She believes that in being your true authentic self, listening to the sensations in the body and mind and cultivating a mindset of love over fear, will always help guide you on your journey.

Megan Copp

Meg is an outgoing, fun-loving, sarcastic RYT from Riverview, NB. Her yoga journey began in a powerful HOT class at a Moncton-area studio. At the time, she was working in a gym and seeking an alternative place to get her sweat on!
In 2014, Meg suffered a severe injury to the wall of her chest that left her completely stagnant. During a time of re-evaluation and re-balancing, her perspective shifted.
She embarked on a journey to Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico in early 2017 where she obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher certification. Truth be told, she traveled to Yandara on a personal quest for growth and to learn to place more trust in the natural ebb and flow of life. BUT - after the first week of training, she felt an overwhelming need to give back to her community through teaching and has since also taken Yin training with Therapeutic Approach in Halifax, NS.
Meg is passionate about sharing the importance of self-empowerment and self-acceptance in both movement and stillness. She is also a certified Reiki Master-Practitioner and loves the supportive energy that Bhakti Yoga
House has to offer.

Kamissa Nouasri

Kamissa fell in love with Yoga as a young teenager. After becoming a member at a local studio, her love and passion for the movement grew.  She began her Yogic journey of self-discovery through the practice of Asana the Movement of positions of the body. Learning about the various methods that this practice has to offer has allowed her an opportunity to explore as well as heal her own mind, body, and soul. She attended her 200h Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2017 with Karma Teachers Toronto. As an instructor she is focused on guiding a variety of classes such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin. Kamissa brings different aspects of spirituality into the classroom setting including meditations, chanting and chakra healing. Teaching is an outlet for her to share this incredible practise, not only of movement but that of mindfulness and expansion of consciousness. Come and let her lead you thru your own journey of self-development. Namaste
